The Season for Giving and Receiving

This is the season for giving and receiving. Some gifts we receive are better than others. Some gifts are for fun, some we have no need for, and some we treasure with long-term meaning. I have some holiday gifts for you. It is my hope that you find meaning in each gift. Read on to unwrap them and find the meaning for you.

Love

And when you feel all alone
Wishing you had a better backbone
Connect with what you really feel
To see what is revealed
Love first comes from within
Now give it to someone and you both win

“Love is like the wind, you can’t see it but you can feel it”.
~Nicholas Sparks

Joy

Joy is what the holidays are all about
It’s what makes you jump up and scream and shout
Need more joy coming your way?
Then listen to what I say
All you have to do is to close your eyes
And imagine an amazing surprise.

“Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened”.
~Dr. Seuss

Peace

And when I’m feeling uncertainty
I ramble on and on needlessly
Overlooking my most important gift
A gift that would surely give me a lift
Breathing is often taken for granted
But if you breath deeply you’ll feel enchanted.

“Peace is the result of retraining your mind to process life as it is, rather than as you think it should be”. ~Wayne W. Dyer

Belief

It’s only when in doubt
That things don’t work out
Take a moment to feel the magic
A feeling so fantastic
There’s a magic in believing
Allow it for an abundance of receiving.

“And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it”. ~ Roald Dahl

Wishing you and your family a healthy and happy new year full of love, joy, and peace. And believe that the best comes your way.
