Go to a quiet place….away from phones and distractions. Find yourself in a comfortable position. Better outcomes come when hands, legs and ankles are uncrossed.
Take a deep breath. Focus on breathing from the abdomen where the abdomen extends. This helps to clear thoughts. Exhale the distractions. Take in a peace. Do this several times.
Watch the movement of the rippling waters. When your eyes close, feel how much more relax you become.
