It’s the time of the year where many of us rush through the days wondering how to get everything done. Time seems limited and there are far too many things to do. Stress is at its height. This is the season where we crave good relationships and good food. Smells of pine, cinnamon, and apple pie permeate the air, giving an invigorating meaning to life. It is a time to be inspired, to believe in miracles and feel wonderment spread through our souls. Yet, life can get out of sorts and get in the way of all we desire. See if some of the perceptions below can rework a hectic time for you:
Knowing that it never ends can give you a lift
It’s important to deeply breathe
Then exhale any negativity
People pleasing is just an illusion
Thinking you can read one’s mind creates confusion
Perfection is what you believe- not a fact
Leave it alone to keep reality in tact
Everyone believes there’s Right and wrong
Sometimes it doesn’t matter, just learn to go along
Attitude is the life of joy (reflected in your smile)
Wear it like a favorite toy.
“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have. Make the Now the primary focus of your life”Eckhart Tolle
Wishing all of you the enjoyment of this season’s best.
